20180831 Parit Botak Lat 01 deg 40.766'N Lon 103 Deg 02.698'E Well we didn't move far today, only 25 miles or so as the crow flies, we had a bit of a sleep in and missed most of the favourable tide in the morning, we got to run with it for a while, but after it turned I decided to anchor for a few hours during the peak flow, which was a bit of a mistake as a big cloud came over and it got a bit uncomfortable. But we got going again mid afternoon sailing in here before sunset. Its another open roadstead anchorage, and is a bit bumpy now, but they have all settled down during the evening so far. We will try and get away early tomorrow and catch the current, it would be good to get to the water Islands, but that's 50 miles so we will see how we go. Not much else to say, it was pretty cloudy and rainy today, but its cleared now, so hopefully it stays that way tonight. We anchored in 6.4 meters with 1.2 meters of tide at Tanjung Laboh.
