20190124 Koh Tarutao Lat06 Deg 33.376'N Lon 099 Deg 37.010'E Had a great day today good sailing in a good breeze. I started Early heading to shore in the dark so I could get to the Dinghy Dock before the tide got too low. I made it just in time, cleared out of Malaysia with no problems, but Had to wait quite a while for enough water to leave the dock. I finally got under way a bit after lunch. There was a good breeze all day, but there were a few big holes in it as I sailed down the lee of the island. I managed to anchor here just on sunset, its seems like a good spot but its really windy, I think the breeze is funnelling down between the mountains, as there are some pretty big bullets coming through. The anchor seems to be holding well, I sure hope it doesn't drag, as there a bunch of nets in the area. I dropped in roughly 10 meters with 0.8 meters of tide at Teluk EWA, I'm sure you could push in much further but I was running out of light.
