20190220 Laccadive Sea Lat 06 Deg 53.551'N lon 074 Deg 29.888'E COG 276 T SOG 7.4 Knots, Bound for Uligamu Maldive Islands

Well after bragging about what a great sail I was having yesterday afternoon, just after sunset it dropped off completely, I ended up Motoring all night and all Morning. The breeze finally arrived just after lunch, and its been good fun, its pretty square so I'm sailing wing and wing, getting little surfs up to 8 knots. I might put a reef in before dark I can feel her getting a little overpowered in some of the gusts, but its forecast to drop off during the night, we will see, they say if your thinking about a reef then its probably overdue, she's sliding along nicely now though. We have 94 miles to go so no need to hurry, looking foreward to arriving, apparently there are a few boats there. That's about it for today, we are trucking along nicely and alls well, I will arrive tomorrow.
