After a good sleep at Thinadhoo we got under way at about 08:00, for a long motor over here, there has been no wind for about a week at least, and today was very hot. But it was worth while as this is a really pretty spot. Jan picked it out on Google earth, and we were hoping there was enough room to anchor. As it turns out it looks quite good. We dropped the anchor right on the drop off in about 18 meters and pulled back over the shallower area as we weren't to shure how shallow it was. But after having a swim around I think we could have dropped in 6 to 8 meters and still had enough room, but I'm happy with this the anchor pulled up well up the slope so we shouldn't drag into shallow water its all sand but there is reef closer in. We haven't been off the boat yet so will probably stay tomorrow and explore the near by islands. There is a village not too far away, and a couple of blokes who had been fishing dropped by for a chat, they gave us a some Coconuts and we gave them a couple of hats, nice Guys. So all good here just very hot, mind you we are only 28 miles from the Equator.
