Out of the Marina

I moved out of the Marina and motored around here to Beau Vallon this morning. It seems like a nice spot, but there is swell getting in so may get a bit roly, its not too bad now, there are a couple of resorts on the beach, and a few Jet Ski's buzzing around, so I will see how it goes. I would like to stick around for a day or 2 to do a few jobs on the boat, it's in pretty good shape there are just a few things I have been going to do for months. I dropped the anchor in 9.1 meters, with 0.5 meters of tide at Victoria, I think the bottom is mainly sand, though I mat have heard a bit of a rumble as I was letting it out, it pulled up OK, there is a lot of cloud around today so its a bit hard to see the bottom. I could have anchored closer in, but they are launching Para Sailors in there so I left them plenty of room. Not much else to say, everything is pretty good really.
