I arrived here in Jacare yesterday morning after a quiet night off the coast of Brazil.
It feels pretty good to have sailed across the Atlantic, its just a shame to have it spoilt
by this Virus, but I guess every one in the world is a bit pissed off about the Virus.
This is a very nice place, The marina area has a little court yard with a restaurant,
Laundry, office and small chandlery .
Its very friendly with nice staff.
I have done immigration, but have to do customs and Harbour Master on Monday.
The immigration guy was very slow, but others have had it done much faster.
The main thing is I have it done, as they might close the shipping boarders at any time,
All other boarders, ie Air and Land, are closed.
So this is a nice place to be, but I think I am going to try and get to Aus , this is a
good place to leave the boat, I can haul out and leave it on the hard.
I think the only problem with hauling out here, is that getting parts through Customs
may be a problem.
So alls well here, Zoa is in good shape, goodness knows when I will be moving again,
it all depends on the Corona Virus.
