Well I made it, sorry about the late post, I basically anchored and fell asleep, then
yesterday I had all kinds of dramas, the outboard wouldn't go and I needed it to get to
the check in place, I ended up getting it going and getting checked in in the nick of
time. I dont get why, I had the Mechanic take it a few days before I left, then I actually
ran it myself in a 44 in his yard. Somehow the Carby got completely full of crap.
Then after moving out of Quarantine to a new Anchorage position, I fell into a big
sleep again.
The last day and night of the trip were pretty wild, It quietened down as I approached
land, one good thing was that it was fast and I got here just on dark.
As for the trip in general, it was pretty hard. Zoa pulled me through.
A few more things broke than Im really used to, mainly because she sat for so long I
think. There was also some pretty windy times.
But I'm here now, Ive only been on land for an hour or so but it looks nice, the people
i I met were friendly. There are yachts everywhere, ive just got to make this dinghy
reliable and have a look around.
