Launching Ondina for the last time in Greece

27 March 2018 | Lakki Boatyard, Partheni, Leros
Warm, Caroline
After a few delays caused by extreme weather we finally launched the boat for the season and hopefully she wont need to be taken out of the water again until New Zealand! We had coppercoat applied to the bottom, whilst we were in Cyprus. We motored around to the Bay of Plakoudhi, where a catamaran was on a mooring buoy and had a lovely peaceful night at anchor. We sailed slowly to Lakki the next day and arrived at the Lakki Marina run by the boatyard, we went stern to and picked up the lazy lines for two mooring blocks. Later in the afternoon Stellios came around to give us the card for the facilites and see if we were ok.
