Back to Carmen Island

28 October 2007
Sean
We arrived safely at Punta Perico on Carmen Island around 10:00 this morning. We sailed the entire way and had 8-12 knots of wind for most of the trip. The last 12 miles proved challenging as the wind jumped up to 25 knots and the seas got pretty square. We had to work our was across the swell to get to Carmen Island which caused things to get somewhat uncomfortable. Fortunately, Perico South is really well protected. After anchoring with our cool new Rocna, we went to bed. We'll take it easy today; tomorrow the girls have school
