Malaspina Strait to Strait of Georgia. July 8, 2010

We left Pender Harbour after three days of working with publisher, socializing, etc. After a pleasant sail up Malaspina Strait to windward we turned into Georgia Strait to find absolute calms. We anchored off Savary Island. It was so hot I wished we had an awning. We anchored and went below to get out of the sun. There was not another boat in sight, not at the anchorage or in the Strait. Beautiful but spooky.
