The wind over the last 24 hours has settled down to a general direction from the ESE, which means we are no broad reach. This is giving us fast and steady sailing. With the wind direction now steady, the sea has also calmed down.
We hope to arrive at Bundaberg around Noon to 14.00 tomorrow the 16th October 2012. Once Customs etc., has cleared us into Australia we hope to get a berth in the marina for a few weeks rest.

Ship Two ships seen on the AIS in the last 24 hours, both cargo vessels.
Also one very large 80 to 90 feet sailing vessel came within two miles of us, early this morning.

The wind over the last 24 hours has changed through a complete 360 degrees. So we have gone from a Port reach, to a dead run, to a Starboard reach, to on the nose and then back to the Port side. This direction changes has made the last 24 hours very interesting sailing.
The wind direction changes also created some very lumpy and big seas, the waves not knowing which way to go.
