Another Work Day
26 May 2012
Not much to report today. The wind died off around 8:00pm last night and we have motored since them. It's picking back up right now and is expected to reach 20 knots so we are sailing with full main and jib. It was a productive work day. Skinny and I cleaned the whole starboard half of the boat front to back, top to bottom. I organized the food storage areas and cleaned the navigation station desk again. Kerry replaced 30 hinges that had some rust on them and adjusted all the cabinet doors. It's a nice situation as we are well ahead of the game for arriving in Ibiza. We will arrive in Gibraltar on Monday morning.
Most of you know this but by son, Nick, graduated from High School on Thursday. It was really depressing to not be there for him but I'll have all summer to make it up. So, Way to Go Nick - Congratulations!
