We left Papeete and spent the night anchored in cooks By, on Moorea Island. Next day we motored around a couple of headlands to Baie D'Opunohu where last trip we were part of the Puddle jump festivities but this time we were a couple of weeks behind them. The anchorage was well populated with yachts coming and going mostly back to Papeete. We attempted to show Janelle and Darrell the feeding of th stingrays but we must have been too late s we only saw a few gliding past. We waited a few days a of rain and no wind before we decided to not wait any longer, so we left at 1600 for the island of Huanine.
