No Name Harbor

Not too much to report, we have been anchored outside of No Name Harbor and Bill Baggs Cape state park. It is a beautiful spot, with some easy trails and a very old light house (the oldest structure in Dade County). The sunsets have been wonderful but in a different way from those on the lake, it is a very flat horizon and the color spreads along it for quite a ways but does not go up much. Venus has also been giving us a stunning early evening show. We have been enjoying getting out for walks to explore the park and the town, including meeting some of the locals (as seen in the photo)- they seem to come in green and grey varieties and range in size from very small to these big ones. Friendly enough but not much for conversation.
On board, I am enjoying the final stages of boat organization, tweaking shade canvas and provisioning. I am LOVING having a fridge; boy is it a game changer! We are also getting used to having an outboard motor for the dinghy, which has been a nice addition.
We will move to a more sheltered spot for the high winds expected on Friday night- Sun morning and are hoping the weather window middle next week materializes fully for a jump across.
