Beautiful beach
22 April 2018
Because we still don't have an outboard engine on the dinghy. John one of our neighbours said we could use his, Jane walked round and came back rowing in a little skiff. Three of us then loaded up and we (mainly me) started rowing 🚣♂️ towards the islands 🌴 after about 30 minutes we came to a long beach which was littered with rubbish, so we carried on until we came to a small pier. We walked through the palm trees for about 200 metres when we came to a most beautiful beach 🏖 the sugar white sand was clean and soft so that our feet sink in to our ankles, the water was a two tone blue and crystal clear, there were quite a few other people here but every one of them had paid to take the 1.5km pleasure cruise ride. We went swimming 🏊♀️ for a while, we swam out to a mooring buoy and hung around for a while just treading water, when we came back in, we laid on the beach and collected some UV rays, whilst watching the ladies go by. Except Jane who decided to go for a run along the beach. After what seemed like only an hour (almost 4) we decided to row back to the marina. When we got into the maim channel, we saw Judy in the dinghy with the motor running like a good un. She took us in tow and shortly we were back in the marina.
