Hey everyone. Still here in Georgetown. There is a lot to do here. The current boat count is up to 320 in the harbor. We had a happy hour on the beach the other night with 50+ boats. Everyone brings your own drinks and food to share. The next day I joined in the around the island cruise. it was a race that is not called a race. I was one of only 18 boats and the only single hander. They handicapped everyone based on your boat specs and I ended up placing 5th. Not really sure how, but it was a ton of fun. We had 'death by chocolate' happy hour last night and I join some guys on the beach for a coffee club. I try spent a lot of the days here walking trails or on the beach and playing volleyball.
Leah is the most popular girl down here. I am taking this time to plan the next leg.
The regatta starts in another week and there should be close to 500 boats here by then. You can google for the Georgetown Cruisers regatta for details.
