Respite at Puerto Los Cabos

29 November 2018
Buenas Tardes!

We've been enjoying Marina life in San Jose Del Cabo, relaxing, meeting other cruisers, and sharing sea tales and trials over bottles of beer, wine, and tequila. We have already crossed paths with some of the cruisers at anchorages along Pacific Baja. It's been fun to hear others' stories and get cruising knowledge of parts still unknown to us. Little Pinocchio is still the smallest ship in the fleet, but is holding her own right along side the big boys!

San Jose Del Cabo has an historic part of town which blends art galleries, shops and great little restaurants while still keeping its old town charm. It was great walking around town and getting our land-legs working again.

The Marina promenade is lined with surrealistic artwork and sculptures which adds an eclectic spin.

There are many large, fancy power yachts here, each with their own zip code! Luckily, they keep us rag sailors together on C and B docks so we can all enjoy each other's company!
