Curacao

Jane, hot and sunny
Yipee, we are back in the water!! It is so good to be back on board, with a lot of the to do list accomplished and more adventures ahead of us.
We now have a long awaited part for our new freezer and, once our new fridge door is finished (supposed to be Wednesday, we pray it will be tomorrow), we plan to head out back to Bonaire for a few days. Just can't wait to see some of our fish friends again.
We will only be there a few days as Adrian who has been with us leaves from Puerto Rico on 9 December. So weather permitting we will head North around mid week. Should be a fun sail with extra crew to make the watches easier and our auto helm working!! Will be approx. three days.
We had a great time back in Vancouver, although sadly there was not enough time to connect with everyone. We think our next visit will be Xmas 2009 and hope to spend a little longer, so if we missed you this time, let's make sure we don't the next!!
I went over to England to see family and old friends and managed in two weeks to get a few days up in Scotland with my best friend who has moved up there and also time up in London with my cousins and friends. A whirlwind visit, but wow I loved Scotland which I have not visited in many years. My girlfriend is starting up a Bed and Breakfast in Aberfeldy, so if you are ever up there - let me know. One of the best Golf courses is just down the road and only $20 a round and the countryside is magic - so much to do and lots of character.
Still lots to do on the boat, there always is, but we hope to do a lot in the next few months while we are in the Virgin Islands, before we head South to St. Martin for the last couple of items. Then we can revisit some of the Leeward and Windward Islands again before we leave in May to cross the big pond.
I will add a few pictures of Curacao when I can, plus I have added some of Vancouver from where we stayed and Scotland which I thought you might like.
Enjoy
