Yes, it is time, and the weather appears (at this hour) to be good. We have a window of good weather that should last until Wednesday or so. This should allow us enough time to get to Yakutat, about 300 miles east. We are crossing the Gulf of Alaska Gulf, and notoriously hard hitting rough body of water. No one here takes it lightly, and neither will we. But, at this point, it looks good. A low is just passing by, and the next one does not arrive until Wednesday. So, we should have time to arrive Yakutat about Monday night of very early Tuesday morning.

We will miss Seward. After being here nearly a year, we have friends and it is always hard to leave friends. The beauty here is also incredible, and we will always remember it. (But, we plan to come back!) I chose a photo of Elisabeth (always Elisabeth) when we flew over the Harding ice field. It is simply to show the beauty we have experienced over the past year. Hope you like it.

Proximity is saddled and bridled, and ready to go. So, saddle up, and away we go in the morrow! I'll report, but with out photos until there is internet. meanwhile, be good to you and.....
Be excellent to One Another!
