Retirement Day...This is it!
28 July 2009 | Ray Here...
Super hot days on end!

Picture above is just my way of cooling off.
Now down to reality 101...
Well it finally got here...the last day at work!
Woke up at 4am...not because it's retirement day but because it's like 170 out! Never been this hot for this long in this part of the PNW! I'm thinking about moving to Mexico where it's cooler...Ha!
Okay, so this is it for us, (although I'll probably come back in and do a little training and orientation for my replacement). Weird...feels surreal for real....made even weirder by the fact that it's like a million degrees in the shade during the day and tomorrow is supposed to get even hotter! Sandy got sick with the heat last night just coming home from work...that's never happened before. Okay...so keep looking at the picture...keep looking a the picture!
Obviously, we're going to have to plan working on the boat very carefully while the heat wave lasts. So much to do...so little time...way too much fun for us!
Hard to say goodbye to everyone we work with...it's been a great run...I can't say enough good things about working for the Chehalis Tribe...thanks to all and we will miss you....and now for us all...a new chapter!
