Post Matthew
10 October 2016 | Baltimore Maryland
Saturday we rented a car (with Louise and Yves 'Free at Last') to go to Annapolis because the weather predictions kept changing. The weather was miserable, rain, rain and rain. It was still fun to see all these booths and lots of relevant information and all kinds of different product and a lot of sailboat that is rarely seen in Quebec.
Matthew finally felt in the night of Saturday, the wind picked at 22:00 hours with gust to 20 to 30 nautical miles. Jacynthe has not slept all night too nervous it allowed me to sleep without fear. The next day always the same winds, my anchor and the 'Free at Last' drag and finally after a few attempts to reposition we succeeded. The wind continued until midnight with some stroke of wind from time to time the rest of the night it was my watch so that I hardly slept.
Today rest day, shopping and grocery stores, back to normal.
Departure for Annapolis tomorrow morning hoping for favorable wind hopefully we will be tomorrow
