Another Step Completed
Really just a note to myself; helps me keep track of the time passing. But that also points out my miserable failure to adhere to it.

Really just a note to myself; helps me keep track of the time passing. But that also points out my miserable failure to adhere to it.
Anyway, we sold the big lake house in Oct 2013 and moved into the little house. Then put the office up for sail and sat here for the next two years. Finally, someone made an offer and though it was miserably low I took it . Otherwise I would continue to stagnate.
Sally was in agreement. I rented temporary space [month to month] from a friend. I closed the sale in February and we have been organizing since then. Maybe a garage sale or two in the Spring or Summer and we can get out of here. Target date is before thanksgiving.
On, and we bought an old boat. A 1986 Whitby, cutter/ketch. And I put another fortune into it. But it was done in October, 2015 and a took it [not sailed] to Florida. Its now in Punta Gorda so I guess I am closer to my goal.
The Hunter is up for sale. Hopefully this year. Otherwise , I'll move her to Florida and try to sell her down there.
And Sally and I areattending to medical dental items so we'll be ready to go..Again, and keep your fingers crossed we'll be set by the fall.
