We bussed into town from the marina and caught the free bus to the old fort to explore. After a good look around, we quenched the heat with ice creams and walked thru the narrow streets of old George Town looking for a specific shop. Even with the address it was a bit of a trial but we did it. We wandered up to the air con mall stopping for some delicious street fare on the way. I took most of the kids to the movies while the girls went shopping and out to lunch. We all caught the bus back and hurriedly left for the other end of the island to anchor and thus making the next day’s passage to Port Klang a bit shorter.
