As we proceeded down Tenekee Inlet for Chatham Strait we were joined by a dozen or so Dahl porpoises who played around the boat for about 15 minutes before disappearing. Chatham Strait again was like a lake. We saw numerous purse shiners working the entrance to Cosmos Cove. We anchored in Cosmos Cove and put a crab pot out. (The first pull found two conches in the net) We pulled the crab pot the next morning and had one kelp crab in it! As we raised the anchor for the short trip down to Warm Spring Cove we saw a brown bear on the bank in the tall grass eating. We put the engine in neutral and got our cameras out and shot lots of pictures before proceeding out of the cove.
