Checked out this morning about 0900 - ensured first that we could overnight at the Pitons before continuing on tomorrow and they were fine with that. By the time we arrived at the Pitons we read that St Lucia have closed their borders to all yachts. There was no indication of that when we departed this morning. It doesn't affect us at all, but I'm sure a large number of people will get caught out.
Stunning anchorage tonight - on a mooring ball (54EC per night) as it's too deep to anchor safely, but we are in between the 2 Pitons. We haven't anchored here before usually we're over in Soufriere Bay as it's closer to the office to clear in and out. But we don't need to do that this time.
