1900 report. Day 11 Noon to noon - 109. 137nm to go (as of noon) A
quiet day as far as happenings on boat. A noisy day as far as motor
running for the last 24hrs. The 10-12kts of breeze that was meant to
come in didn't eventuate. We put in our 40L of extra fuel into the tank
this evening at 5pm. Current slightly against us for the last 3 hrs so
that's not helping. Running engine at lower revs to conserve fuel so
doing 3- 4kts. Wind meant to slightly increase as of dawn tomorrow and
we should hit the gulf stream which may give us up to 4kts. (Happy to
drift along at 4kts) Should be in late tomorrow afternoon and then the
fun of offical check in begins! No other ships in the Bahama channel
we're in, just a couple of sailboats also attached to the flotilla,
it's eerie. All good on board though :)
