64nm motoring all the way, Grand Bahama Island to the Berry Island group. Departed 1015 arrived and anchor down by 2350. Caught a Mahi Mahi, not huge, but will give us 2 meals. Sunny most of the way and flat seas. 22 empty cruise ships anchored out off the Berries.
We were going to anchor way out, but a yacht about 15mins behind us saw us slowing and as he'd been into the anchorage many times before asked if we wanted to follow him in. Not quite at low tide and the shallowest spit was 0.7 under keel. So thats what we did, he drew more than us so if he cleared the shallow bits then so would we. Anchored in 3.9m Had a very calm, peaceful night
