Sailed 6nm around the headland to Fernandez bay this morning. What a pretty little anchorage this is. There is a little resort ashore that welcomes yachties, and a beautiful beach to walk along. A short dinghy North will bring you to Government Dock where you can tie up and go to a well stocked grocery store and car hire place across the road. There are also a number of small bar buildings that serve beverages and a variety of local foods. Good fun to sit at one of the bars catching up with people
It is a smaller bay, but still plenty of room and good holding in sand, however there are a few rocks around so you need to watch where you drop your anchor.
