Rialto Daze
Despite the hectic schedule outlined in the Rialto 13 point Daily Plan (see photo) John & I spent a fabulous week on board. Our journey began & ended in Poros & happy daze in between were spent wandering through old towns, scaling the old castle of Naplion, visiting a museum or two, feasting in tavernas, mooring in tranquil bays, swimming in the crystal clear waters, enjoying spectacular sunsets ...
We sailed every day in light winds (just the way I like it) & I almost managed to get through the entire week without pulling on a rope or making myself useful in any sailing capacity whatsoever until someone who shall remain nameless decided to lay the world’s longest stern line on our last evening on board (see photo)
We ended our Rialto cruise in Poros much more relaxed than we began with a surprise celebration of Michael & Cheryl’s 10th anniversary - so appropriate that we had a swim at Love Bay (apparently famous for Romance & Fun) that afternoon.
Definitely a 5 ⭐ holiday even though I never won a game of dice all week & Rialto doesn’t have a shoe basket but they do now have ice 😀
