Well we went to bed last with it raining. We woke up this morning with it raining. It has rained all day, and at 11 pm tonight, it is still raining. We had reserved tickets for a three hour train ride at Blue Ridge for 10 o'clock this morning. We got up early ( for us ) and started driving the 25 miles in the rain in order to get there early. When we arrived we were told that because of all the high winds in the area, there were trees blown down across the tracks and the trip, for the first time in memory, was cancelled!!! Now that is a classic example of Roumillat LUCK!!!!! But being hard headed, we said that we would return on Friday and try it again. We had planed on leaving here on Friday, but because of the rain, we changed it to Saturday. Now they are saying it might rain thru Saturday. In that case we wont leave here until Sunday. I don't want to be driving thru Atlanta in a pouring down rain. I don't really want to do it on a nice clear day. They are saying the low temp here tonight will be around 48, and only in the mid 50's tomorrow. Had to bowwow a jacket from Bob for tomorrow. Should start warming up the first of next week. Getting real tired of this rain. Need it in Okeechobee! Posting something on here but not sure what just yet.
