Update from the Canary Islands

01 November 2007 | Tenerife
Robin & Charles
We've had some great sailing and adventures since we left Portugal but we have not had much WIFI access! Now that we are connected for a few hours, here's a quick update:

Left Portugal on October 12th, headed for the Canary Islands. We had a slow sail (4.5 days) and caught 2 fish! Landed in Graciosa, met up with friends on 'Second Sally' and hung out for a few says. Sailed on to Las Palmas, Gran Canary and hung out with more friends (John & Sue). Moved on to Tenerife, hired a car and visited a very tall mountain (Tiede). Sailed south to the bottom of Tenerife, anchored out and watched kite boarders do a lot of cool tricks. Now we are sitting in San Miguel marina, trying to remember what we've done for the last 2 weeks.
Phew! Now we're caught up...
