Looking again

Lester
Can you believe this? We are in Kemah Texas looking at a Tayana 37 today for the third time. I did a comparison with a lot of T37s across the country and this one looks like the best value around. So, we'll take another look. It's brightwork is in poor shape which means Robyn will have a lot of varnishing to do if we buy it. We will also want to do a slight change in the vee berth. I called a marine carpenter yesterday to get a ballpark figure on what it will cost to make this "slight" change and he estimated 6K for what I figured would be a $1,000 job. But then he spent 30 minutes justifying his exorbitant rates. Looks like Lester might have to do some boat carpentry. Well I guess we'll know more in a few hours.
