Yesterday, we took a road trip. We went to the Chickasaw National Park in Sulpher Oklahoma. Our purpose was two fold. We wanted to relax in the cool waters there and we wanted to try out our SPOT. I'm happy to say both goals were successful. Now when we finally get to leave on Seanna, our friends and family will have a pretty good idea where we are and that we are safe. Our friend Don Marullo used a SPOT on a recent crossing of the Gulf and though following him, we were convinced that would be the way for us to keep our families informed of our whereabouts. As we get closer to our trip, we will be adding e-mail addresses to our SPOT so you can get direct updates without having to go to our SPOT website.
