A week on Seanna

Ok, the week on Seanna is over. It was a lot of work, but here is what we got accomplished. The forward starboard chainplate is completed. The dinghy is put together and taken on her maiden voyage. We took the upper lifelines off from the stern rail, forward to the boarding gates. Then we replaced them with 1" stainless tubing. It is unbelievable how much more secure feeling that is. We also put the Texas stickers on the bow and put on the vinyl lettering that has the boat name and home port. We also installed some LED dome lights. I think all of them are done except for the vee birth and the head.
Things we looked into and have plans to work on are replacing the sanitation hoses and replacing the LPG selenoid. We also measured for some new awnings. We'll make those in the next few weeks. Actually, we have a pretty long list of things to do. We'll be back in October to slave away some more. In the mean time I have to have another shoulder surgery.
We are trying to get ready to depart in March and head to Central America. I think it can be done so long as our savings holds out.
