Robyn's birthday

12 November 2011 | Kemah, TX USA

I think Robyn had a decent birthday yesterday. She got a lot of calls from well wishers. Of course it was still a work day on Seanna. Why? Because the Captain said so. Robyn sais I could say so!

We finished the very last Chain plate. I changed the oil and installed the new depth finder, and Robyn varnished. All this in Preperation to go sailing today

When we finished working on Seanna, we went to Chilli's for dinner. It was very good. Robyn had a margarita and that didn 't set well with her today on the Bay. She gets a headache every time she has one, but oh they're so good.Tthen, when you add the motion of the bay with a headache, well a day out sailing can be miserable.

Now for the really neat part. We went sailing today! We have had Seanna for almost a year now and today was the first time we have taken her out since the sea trial when we bought her. Now for the really really neat part. The wind anometer is stuck on 29 knots. We had some good wind today. For the conversion, 29 knots = 33.37 MPH. WOW WAS THAT INTERESTING.
