We have received several phone calls and text messages asking if we are ok. I think it is because we haven't posted our position on SPOT since Sunday night. We are fine. We are holed up at the Sabine Pass Marina waiting out some weather systems. The weather should settle soon and we will stay here at least another week to day sail out in the Gulf from here before continuing on. We are in the process of plotting our course to get around Louisiana. Louisiana and the Mississippi Delta seems to be our biggest obstacles to getting to Florida. Once we leave here, I think it will take us about a week to get around Louisiana. It's a pain, but once we are around, the water should clear up and we'll be just that much closer to paradise. So, once again we are fine, the fishing here is good, and this is a very nice marina to hang out in for a few weeks. Our only complaint is this... The mosquitoes are driving us crazy.
