...is here with four days off work. ( I e ON boat work) Sunny and warm weather for the season so we are very busy all the Holiday working on various projects on deck.

Rebedding deck hardware to prevent water from penetrating the core. Upon inspection it turns out that Röde Orm is in remarkably good shape. The 44(!) year old bedding compound looks fine when I disassemble the jib sheet tracks to take a closer look. The only thing I have to do is to put some new caulking there and then reassemble it. Easy to say, but as so often on a boat, that last bolt is really difficult to get access to, and takes a lot of time and even more patience to get into place. Finally we manage to do it. -(yes, the detailer, with her patience was called upon. Patience is not one of my best...)
