Rosalita has reserved a spot in the Sarasota/Havana race next May.

Rosalita gets a new bottom.

The sail from Port Aransas to Kemah was plagued with light winds which shifted to the east and northeast. Because of the need to get docked before dark, we motor sailed most of the way. The crew's spirits were in no way dampened.

Enthusiasm prevailed for the agility competition for the bowman position on Rosalita. Ability to deal with heat is a desirable quality for a bowman.

The Rosalita crew is in Port Aransas for practice and the sail up to Kemah. The wind was howling so time was spent on the beach with some Cy Falls graduating senior girls.
