Marcus Update Part II

03 February 2013 | Las Hados
Darrell
So the cruisers network is awsome and has been one of our saving graces. So have our dear friends Mary Lou and Dwight. One piece of information that did not get reported correctly was the hematoma. It was not removed. The location was close to the spine and behind internal organs so they inserted a drain tube with the hopes that it would be absorbed back into the body as it shrank. He still is not keeping food down and he is now anemic. The doctors have added a medicine to force the body to create more red cells and tomorrow will perform another blood test at 10am. At noon we will have another consult, with Mary Lou translating, that we hope will show an increase. If not then he will have to be rushed to Guadalajara to a vascular specialist to identify where the internal bleeding is coming from.

If any of our friends are religious we ask for your prayers tonight.
