Return to the Med

Hi All, it has been a bit of time since my last post. The family returned home to Seattle, and we have been working, studying, ranching, beekeeping, traveling, visiting with family and friends, and generally sorting out life for the past year and a half.
And now, it's time to return to the boat and begin the adventure anew. I'm getting ready to fly to Greece, where I will spend the next week getting the boat prepped to voyage again. So, my bags are packed and I'm ready to go .....
Lots in the line up for the coming weeks, besides the exceptionally long list of tasks to complete on the boat. Assuming that I can successfully navigate the Greek bureaucracy and get the boat out of the EU, I'll be joined by friends Robert and Joe for the trip from Greece to Albania, then across to Italy and around the Boot to Salerno.
Once around the corner, Tracy and Lesley will meet me for some touring of Italy and the French Riviera as we head towards the Rhone. It is still spring, so while we will likely enjoy some less crowded anchorages, I'm not quite sure what to expect for weather. We will see.
So, I hope that you join us for the next chapter in our sailing adventure. Stay tuned for more posts.
