Spent the last week on Isbjorn on a delightful sail through the British Virgin Islands. We got some excellent coaching from Sean Westoby there, as well a a chance to sail and catch up with our good buddies Mark and Caroline Jablow. Being on Isbjorn was a special treat, as Kitty, Mark, and I were all crew on her on a passage from Ireland to Portugal back in 2018 with owners Andy and Mia. The water was much warmer in the Caribbean, the food was great, and a number of Painkillers were consumed.

Now back to Montclair to wrap up work and finish preparations for our year long adventure. Only 1 month until we take off for Sweden!
