We spent a week in the marina in Vilagarcia. It was inexpensive, had some interesting characters (aren't all sailors interesting?). And provided us with electricity and water. Explored the town. It was good, except a bar close by would crank up the music at 3:00 a.m. and then really turn it up by 5:00 a.m. before shutting down. Vicki could not sleep. When Vicki can't sleep she is not happy. When Vicki is not happy, Paul is not happy. We took off and had two days of exploring more of the Ria Arousa and anchoring out. Back to cruising! And hiking and getting a good night sleep on a gently rocking boat in the quiet.
