19 months & counting
Trenten Reef Paul turned 19 months yesterday and I can hardly believe how quickly the time has past since his birth in Papeete, Tahiti. We have been on quite an adventure, as always.

Papeete, Tahiti
We are anchored off marina Taina in Papeete, the main city on the island of Tahiti. This is the only 'big city' (250,000) we have seen in several months. CONTADORA ISLAND
ISLA CONTADORA - In our office for the past 10 years we had a motivational picture of Contadora Island where Len and I lived in 2000 for 8 months. At times it seemed so far away I can remember flipping the picture as it was just painful to look at! For us it was a tropical respite, great snorkeling, fishing, countless white sand beach islands and friendly people. A place where CNN doesn't creep in, no one is dying the world is not ending. Back then we hadn't see a marina in a year before we came upon this little place - the hub for the Las Perlas Island group. To that date it may have been the most peaceful place we have explored.
Arriving here today represents a certain completion of 10 years work into our business, the boat, our relationship - maybe even acceptance to the stresses of lawsuits and tax attorneys. I cant thank our crew/team/family enough - Christina you have made dreams possible and your friendship is truly unmatchable. We love you dearly. Once again Contadora has greeted us with the glistening dream she represents. However long we get to enjoy her - We have arrived.
