Sail on Kiwi II

Setting Sail 2024

Final Prep and then some!

Dealing with prepping for cruising on your boat in several easy steps! Well, not so easy, somewhat endless and it also applies at home, apparently.

Home
Step one - one of says "let's go run some errands"! "Great, let's go"!
Step two - entering the garage....."Saaayyyyyy .... why is it so humid? What's that sound?
Step three - realizing your hot water is spewing hot water into the garage - somewhat shocking.
Step four - utilizing your Smart Links â„¢ and pre-populated list of expletives and inappropriate responses, you express your opinion on your new situation. (I know, but I love templates)
Step five - Three weeks later, almost done...

Boat
Step one - asking how many hours are on the Hobbs meter.
Step two - Saaaayyyyy.....why are the numbers so faded?
Step three - utilizing your Smart Links â„¢ and pre-populated list of expletives and inappropriate responses, you express your opinion on your new situation. I will not type this again, it's a template.
Step four

Boat
Step one - stating "it sure is windy"
Step two - Saaaayyyyy....what's that banging sound?
Step three - realizing your hard to secure radar reflector has chafed it's halyard and is hitting the shrouds
Step four - Smart Links â„¢
Step five -

Boat
Step one - one of us says "where should we store these items"? The other says "how about here"? "Great"!
Step two - looking in a compartment...Saaaayyyyy.... Where's that water coming from?
Step three - realizing your raw water pump is leaking
Step four -Smart Links â„¢
Step five -

Boat
Step one - "Hey, we need a part"
Step two - How much to ship it?!?!? We'll just get it ourselves.
Step three - we'll skip this part
Step four -

OK, this step wasn't entirely necessary, but sure was fun!
