Adios Cabo San Lucas

Four nights at anchor in Cabo was plenty! Steve and I visited this town in the early 80’s. At that time, there were only a few small hotels and dirt roads. Today, Cabo is a mini-Las Vegas. If you like loud thunderous rock videos from the 80’s… this place is for you! Van Halen blasting from every bar…
I do have some happy highlights to share.
We were able reconnect with our crew from our 2017 Baja Ha Ha, Michele and Amanda. Nice to spend a cocktail hour with them… catching up.
Surprisingly this year, all four of us enjoyed the food.
Not surprisingly we all enjoyed the tequila.
At the awards party, Steve got the “Up the Mast” award for the spinnaker ordeal.
We placed third in our division.
Our Cabo visit ended with a nice stroll with Tim and Anne through San Jose del Cabo, a quaint and artsy little town about 30 miles from Cabo.
On to Mazatlán…Bahahaha done.
