No wind shift really came...and won't for now...
I don't know why I look at forecasts... it is cruelty to toy with ones mind when exposed to such horrible conditions and so wanting to take refuge in a good forecast...
the forecast today flopped back again to a horrible gale on the 23rd...All north winds to 30+kts ... on the nose, day after day until late on the 24th...
I guess all I can dream of is that this forecast too will pass...and so will the next 5 days ... I am only 300nm from home but it is going to take way more than that to get home.
please pray for us...that IS takes the abuses, the seas...the hard on the nose sailing... the rig hangs in there, That I find some way to endure the forces below....I have done it for endless days over and over...why should the finale be any different..STill hoping the forecast will flip flop back to a brighter day..
