So, we were minding our own business relishing the fact that the passage was almost over and then we heard the whap whap whap and big motor of a helicopter! It was the United States Coast Guard and we went outside and waved and they waved and then Spencer answered their call and they said that they had seen our beautiful boat and wanted to take a better look! It was such a nice thing to see and they hung around for a few minutes while we all waved and smiled and I blew them a kiss and they went on their way!

Then as we were traversing the banks another set of coasties in a helo came over while we had the weird fish on board and the barracuda on the line and the weirdo was trying to get in the door! I told them that we had fish on and couldn't come out today. I gave them our website not knowing they were different guys and thanked them for their protection. Spencer later said, yeah, that was the morning shift and the other guys were the afternoon shift. Not the same crew. No wonder the second guys didn't seem to understand!
