Hauled out

12 August 2011 | East Boothbay
Spencer
We were hauled out today, and for the first time, Kathleen and were on board during the haul out. The small yard in East Boothbay does not have a way for us to easily climb out of the boat before lifting it up about 25 feet and moving it ashore. It was a bit scary being so high up... straps can break!

Today we are starting with sanding and painting the top sides. We are using Interlux 2-part Perfection and will let you all know how it goes.
