Today Kathleen joins me at 43!
Update: We bought a used Honda Element as our "work truck" and are tackling our long list of rental house issues all day every day. It's a bummer to be back on land, but it feels good to be taking care of business ourselves and we are highly motivated to get back to cruising within one year - without the pain of owning rental houses!
