Sally of Hamble

Market day in Lezardriux

15 July 2016
Friday is market day and we had a great morning with coffee and croissants in the square the buying French produce for lunch.

Pete speaks a bit of French but mine is embarrassingly non existent but I did manage to buy sausages and home made ratatouille in the charcuterie for tea.

It's hot today and so we didn't do much, just sitting out stuff on the boat. Yesterday I had noticed s small tear on the main sail and luckily the chandler here is very good so I found some repair materials and stitched it in the sun.

Today's pic is a view from the marina down the river.
